{Watervliet, NY} – Troy Industrial Solutions (TIS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Zach Leffler to the position of Electromechanical Repair Shop Manager of our Corporate Headquarters Motor Shop in Watervliet, NY. A member of the Troy family since 2018, Zach began his career as the Motor Shop Clerk. His potential was quickly realized, and he was promoted within a year to an Inside Technical Service Representative for the Motor Shop. In March of 2022, he became the Electromechanical Repair Shop Assistant Manager under the guidance of Tina Klebieko, who is now the Operations Manager of Watervliet TIS.

Zach will be taking over the day-to-day responsibilities of the Motor Shop and will oversee the department’s personnel and management duties, including hiring/firing of employees, training, managing the accuracy of quoting jobs and job scheduling, and ensuring the highest standards are met on shop repairs focusing on quality, turn-around time for job completion, and overall customer satisfaction. Zach will continue to work with the rest of the Troy management team to maintain and grow the profitability and success of the Electromechanical Repair Shop.

Prior to working at TIS, Zach was in kitchen restaurant management and commercial construction. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from UAlbany’s Rockefeller College of Public Policy and holds a degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance from Hudson Valley Community College. Zach is an avid auto racing fan and likes to play music when not working, doing both session work and occasionally playing live guitar and bass.
