Troy Industrial Solutions is looking for a motivated career minded individual to fill an Electric Motor Rewinder position. The individual in this position will work in our Watervliet, NY shop rewinding a range of low and medium voltage AC and DC motors/generators up to 8000HP. If you want to be part of a premium EASA shop who prides itself in high quality work, attention to detail, and a strong safety awareness then this is the place for you.

Relocation assistance available.

Essential Duties:

• Motor failure analysis
• Capture motor data to assist in repair quote development
• Responsibility for the stripping/cleaning phase through complete rewind phase
• Electrical testing
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as required, including working on site.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• 3 year minimum experience with electric motor rewinding
