The health and wellbeing of the Troy Family is paramount. We continue to monitor the events surrounding COVID-19 and are developing contingency plans if the outbreak expands to the point where daily operations are impacted.
We are committed to doing our part to “Keep Industry Running.” Accordingly, here is what our customers can expect from us:
- Continued on-site technical support for critical applications needed to maintain plant operations

- Problem solving, troubleshooting and technical support via phone, email and video conferencing
- And “business as usual” for the following until further notice:
- Electromechanical repair
- Belting and fabrication shop services
- Technical services
- Parts and supplies
- Delivery services
We are doing our part to provide a safe work environment for our employees and have instructed them as follows:
- Follow the CDC recommendations regarding personal hygiene including hand washing, workstation disinfection and social distancing
- If feeling sick, stay home
- If exposed to any individual infected, self-quarantine
- Accommodations will be made as necessary for those employees who are impacted
- All outside sales representatives will refrain from any unnecessary plant visits
To maintain and monitor the supply chain we have implemented the following:
- Instructed all vendors to keep us apprised of any disruptions in the supply chain
- Ask all suppliers to refrain from location or site visits unless critical in nature
- Maintain contact with our technical service teams to provide ongoing service
- Utilize phone, email and video conferencing to deal with daily business activities
These are trying times and the impact socially and economically from this pandemic will be analyzed for months and years to come. And, as the saying goes “This too will pass.” In the meantime, we ask for your patience as we work to protect our families and community while continuing to serve our customers.
