Troy Industrial Solutions is pleased to announce that Dave Cook has joined our team as product manager of Troy’s electro-mechanical sales and service business. In this role, Dave collaborates closely with the territory managers, customers, and other Troy employees to determine and meet customers’ needs. He is committed to continuing Troy’s tradition of outstanding customer service, on-time delivery and installation services. He is also keeping an eye to the future, understanding new technologies and industry trends and incorporating them into Troy’s offerings to continually enhance customer service and support.

Dave has more than 29 years of experience leading innovative solutions of product applications for global industrial equipment manufacturers applying products within the industrial manufacturing sector. He has also worked within industrial distribution with a focus on consultive sales solutions for a variety of industrial end users. Prior to joining Troy, Dave led cross functional teams to deliver solutions that included technical specifications, creative proposals, contract negotiation through final product delivery for a global energy company. Throughout his career he has worked across multiple Industrial markets from food and beverage, pharmaceutical, mining, automation, energy, and original equipment manufacturers to mention a few.

Dave spent four years in the United States Navy where he was an Electricians Mate, on CV64 Constellation, where he specialized in electric motors, advanced electrical controls, and power distribution. He later attended Empire State College where he studied business management and economics.

Dave resides in Broadalbin, New York with his wife, and has 2 children. He is an avid skier and member of the Out of Control Ski Club, one of the largest and most active ski clubs in the northeast. When he’s not at work, you can find Dave on any one of NY or New England Mountains however, most of his weekends he is at West Mountain cheering on his daughter, a ski racer.
