After 41 highly successful years at Troy Industrial Solutions, Territory Manager Bill James has retired. All of us here at Troy Industrial Solutions wish our friend and colleague Bill the very best. He will be missed by co-workers and customers alike.

Bill started his career at Troy Belting & Supply Co in 1978 in Inside Sales and was quickly promoted to Territory Manager – his most prolific role. During his time at Troy, Bill has become one of the most experienced, knowledgeable, and respected salesmen in the industry today. He is an invaluable resource for our customers and has helped many through breakdowns and process improvements. He is always happy to pass along his knowledge and willing to help train the new employees.

Bill’s contributions have made Troy a stronger company and his absence will not be easily filled. Bill has earned and deserves a tremendous retirement career.

Bill enjoys his time outdoors, especially his journeys out west hunting in Montana. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Andrea, his children, and grandchildren. They are the benefactors of his retirement, as they will be able to spend even more time with him.

We will miss Bill and thank him for his years of dedicated service. We wish Bill and his family all the very best in the future.
