Troy Industrial Solutions is looking for a motivated, career minded professional with proven experience to fill an inside Industrial Services Representative position.  Through collaboration between our sales team, customers, and vendor community you will be responsible for the research and understanding of products and services that will provide the best solutions for our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries for product sales and service needs.
  • Develop quotes and manage delivery timelines for our customers
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction and loyalty through frequent customer contact and feedback; respond to customers’ inquiries timely, accurately, and thoroughly.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Two-year technical degree plus related work experience required.
  • Experience with application and use of products in area(s) of expertise preferred.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to work within CRM software

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
